RefinableString Property empty

Hi,

On our tenant I've configured the RefinableString00 (more than 2 days ago) with the crawled property OWS_Q_TEXT_MANUFACTURER. The RefinableString00 still returns null. 

What steps we need to follow to see the results

Have you tried reindexing the data ?
Have you create a new item and had it tagged with that value?
