Permission delegation in SharePoint Online

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a requirement to delegate/Morph the permissions of User A to User B. So that User B can post/create any blog as User A. And the Created By field will have the name of User A only.

 

Do we have any such feature in SP to achieve this requirement? Thanks for your help in advance.

    Flow would be the best bet, but not quiet sure there is a delegate action in there just yet.

    We don't have the concept of delegation (by default) in SPO...and I cannot think on a way to achieve it with some kind of development.
