Organizing Client files in Sharpoint
I am trying to come up with a better solution for handling my client files and matters. I initially considered SharePoint as a portal for my clients until I realized the per-user charge would make it too expensive. But I am still wondering if SharePoint would be a good fit for my attempt to organize my client matters. Particularly with taking advantage of power automate.
For example, I use Adobe Sign to send out pdfs for signature. When a pdf gets signed it comes back to adobe.acrobat.com - my documents folder. I would like to set up an automation to add it my my file library. Currently I have a OneDrive folder per client. I notice when I try to set up this automation it defaults to sending the pdf to a sharepoint library. Would it be better if I had say a sharepoint libary per client? or a hub sharepoint site per client? If I wanted to say also automatically fax that signed document to the government based upon a table that corrolates a zip code with a fax number, could that be donw in an automation in sharepoint?

- OneDrive is SharePoint, you can use the SHarePoint action with the OneDrive library URL and it'll work the same.
As for the fax, yes, you can use a list (easier IMO) with the mapping to get a list item using filters. I would use "Get Items" with the odata filter to find this.
Then you would have to find a way to fax, either finding a paid connector or using a email to fax service if you have one and send to that, but there isn't a built in FAX action in Flow that would do it per say.
