I shared a OneDrive Excel spreadsheet with 100 colleagues. A new file is shared on a daily basis with the same colleagues.
A folder has been shared where I drag the file into the shared folder, then I copy the link of the file, and email to all colleagues for the day. This process repeats daily.
One colleague just emailed and said she received an “Access Is Denied” alert along with her appropriate work email that is one of the shared users.
How can I tell her to proceed to fix this issue? She is the only one who has sent this issue to me.
