Nitro sign or Docusign app issue when installing on Sharepoint

i am getting an error message when trying to add this to sharepoint. is anyone else having this problem and how do you fix it. I have retired the download over 40 times.

Have you configured the SharePoint store correctly ? Have you tried adding using Global admin or sharepoint admin?

yes i have done both. im actually meeting with a solution engineer from nitro on monday. ill let you know what the solution is. The level one couldnt figure it out
