Navigating works but direct URLs open blank page

Hello,

I am having an issue with sharepoint that I haven't encountered prior to this incident. When I give some one a URL to view a list it loads a blank page. If they go to the sharepoint homesite and navigate to the list it works just fine.  F12 on the blank page shows this error if that helps at all:
