Migrate file shares to sharepoint online
I believe there is a consultant license for just a little more money that would cover mulitple clients. Also in terms of delta syncs, you can re-run the tool and then set what to do if the files on the server are newer than the ones in SharePoint. (replace those, maybe leave the ones with the same date stamp)

Another migration tool to consider is http://www.thinkscape.com/SharePoint-Online-File-Migration-Tool/ which is a dedicated file migration tool for Office 365. Files To Go supports incremental file migrations. Disclaimer: I work for the company that develops Files To Go
- Dhanushka VithanageMar 22, 2017Brass ContributorHello,
1. Does Files to Go support incremental/delta update? If a file has been accessed/modified during the initial upload what are the available options?
2. If we purchase a 1 seat for 6 months can we re use the same seat for multiple clients/tenants?
3. DOES your product not support Non-Profit versions/SKU s of O365?

Hi Dhanushka. Yes Files To Go runs an incremental migration by default. It will migrate only new files or modified files where a modified file is one where the local modified date is more recent than the target modified date. A typical migration scenario for Files To Go is to run the main migration whilst users are still working on the files locally then rerun the migration again on cutover weekend to pick up the changes.
A Files To Go subscription is tied to one Office 365 tenant. Each Office 365 tenant would require its own Files To Go subscription.
Files To Go should work with all versions of SharePoint Online.
