Lookup column threshold
Hi,
This error is appearing when I open the custom form on the SharePoint list but I do not have more than 12 lookup columns. Does anyone know why this error might be occurring? Any help would be really appreciated.

Looukp, People Picker and Managed Metadata are counting also as complex columns...

lucystevens If you are using Power Apps customized list form, check below threads and see if those helps you:
- The query cannot be completed because the number of lookup columns it contains exceeds the lookup column threshold
- Error: The query cannot be completed because the number of lookup columns it contains exceeds
