Issue with SharePoint site redirecting to a different URL

As I checked that, the list IP and URL different from the JSON file. For example, *.sharepoint.com is only mentioned in the JSON file and not listed on the webpage.

why https://tenant-admin.sharepoint.com is not in the list of office365 IP ranges and its URL?

Would you mind double-checking which information is complete shows what office 365 IP or URL required?
