It's all in the title.
I have set the default timezone and all my sites are in the right timezone (except when you look in recycle bin - which is 18 hours behind my timezone - WHAT??? Where's that setting. Probably another discussion )?
Locale controls whether I see dates in the logical Day/Month/Year format or US version.
I can't see anywhere where I can set default locale.
I don't really want to run a script on every site to set the locale (but might have to every time someone creates a new site)
Every site needs me to log in and change the locale in the admin settings. Annoying when you have hundreds of sites with more created each month.
I have searched online and am stumped.
Anyone? Beuller? Beuller?????
