How to set a thumbnail image on folders in a document library?

Hi, 

I have created a document library and a gallery view. There are some files and folders in the library.

I want to show thumbnails of all files and folders. So, I added thumbnail column to the view.

Images can be set on files, but, cannot be set on folders.
How to set a thumbnail image on folders in a document library?
