How to replicate a library's contents on two sites/libs

Good afternoon,

I have document library "ABC" on Site A and want it's file/folder contents directly relayed to Site B's "XYZ" library.

I have Content Type "Link to a Document" enabled in library "XYZ" but am curious if it's possible to simply replicate an entire doc library to avoid having to manually setup the linking for each.
My goal being, anything I upload/edit, etc. in Site A's library ABC, also directly reflects on Site B's XYZ library. I want one place of record, but the ability to give users visibility into the same set of docs wherever I put it.
