How to notify Teams feed if any content of column change in LISTS in DETAIL

Dear guys,

• Please guide me how to notify  in detail the change of an item edited.

For example 

Item 7 : column Year was changed: from 1997 to 2000 by MR.Yang.

Please guide me as I need to finish within tomorrow.

My list have more than 15 columns.

• In Lists: How to block users from editing the item content for some columns. Lists only have 3 option,that limits my need.
