How to keep link when adjusting color of Column text in a list on sharepoint

Hi there,

so I have set up a list on sharepoint where a users name and their location will be inputted from a 2nd and 3rd list. When entering these I can't seem to get the colour to change without removing the link. The link is used to allow quick access to update the details of the persons name or the locations details if needed
