How to Export List with its Attachments?

Hello World,

Looking to move to a new Office 365 Tenant. Currently have several list setup in SharePoint Online. Basically the end-user make they're entries and attach the documents (mostly PDF's) to the list item. 

I've read up on how to export the list, but not the attachments.

Reviewed Site Contents, nothing in the Document library for that site. However, if I go to the list item and click the attachment. The URL shows the path of the attachment, along with the Document ID.

How can I go about exporting the entire list, along with its attachments?
