Hello I wonder if there is the possibility in sharepoint pages to hide the files preview ?

@Frn2304 Which web part are you using to show files/documents on the SharePoint site pages?
If you are using SharePoint out of the box web parts, most probably there will be no way to customize those web parts.

@Frn2304 As you are using File and Media web part it will show the document/file as this is the default functionality of this web part and it is working as expected.
If you want to add link to document and do not want to show the preview, you can delete file and media web part and use other web parts like Button, Quick Links, etc. for adding the file/document URL.
