Error in Filtering - SharePoint Lists

Hi everyone, 

My organisation currently is having an issue where our lists seem incapable of filtering by Person. 

I've tried solutions which I've found online like clearing browser data however this has not worked consistently. 

Any help wouls be much appreciated.
