I have a few different Sites each with several Document Libraries. I have Full Control rights everywhere.
Versioning Settings are set to require content approval, Create Major and Minor versions, Keep Drafts. There is also a Power Flow to approve documents.
When files are uploaded they are correctly "Draft". There use to be a menu item More > Publish but that has vanished (over the last week), the only way to move minor (Draft) to Major (Pending) is to check out then check in the document.
What has happened to the "Publish" menu item and how do I get it back?
