Cannot update Hub Site Navigation
Anyone else having issues today updating Hub Site navigation? Tried Different Browsers, Users, Computer, existing and New Hub site... I make the change, hit Save and nothing changes. I opened a tic...

Checked what happens when the user running the script has consent but is without the admin roles and the desired result is achieved. Meaning, even if there is a user consent, no action can be made on the user unless PIM is enforced.

Hi Sander, I have implemented MUI in my tenant and when user switch to another language the ODSP_DB do not get refreshed and it shows the same previous language navigation from my Hub Site. I tried deleting the database, however my JS code is just clearing that DB and not actually deleting it. Looks like database is blocking for deleting in chrome.
Did you find any other way to delete it or all indexedDB databases with JS?

The only way I've been successful was by using Term Store Navigation for the Global Nav. It does take time to propagate to the newly provisioned sites in the Hub. But if I update the Hub settings it seems to happen a bit faster.
- iXeeshanTahirNov 09, 2022Copper ContributorI was able to achieve this using some custom JS code. Since I was developing a custom application for SharePoint online, I was able to embed that code in my application. Read more below to know more about the approach I used.
