I've accidentally deleted some data from a SharePoint List
I've googled instructions online and it tells me the recycle bin is on the left hand menu. My left hand menu doesn't have a Recycle bin. - Where can I find it?

Solution@Lee-Martin Follow these steps:
From site contents page, you can select Recycle bin
Alternatively, you can directly access recycle bin using URL in format:
https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/siteName/_layouts/15/AdminRecycleBin.aspx?view=5

@Lee-Martin The screenshot you sent is of SharePoint app bar where you cannot add recycle bin as navigation menu link.
However, you can add recycle bin as a navigation menu item in site navigation.
