Can Public Link Sharing be granted for a single OneDrive folder?
We have globally prohibited the creation of public links in SharePoint & OneDrive by setting "Content can be shared with" to "New and existing guests" only. Now we want to allow the creation of public links for a single folder / site, where visitors can view the content without logging in first. Is it possible to create such an exception without changing the global settings?

i think it's not possible.

"The OneDrive setting can be more restrictive than the SharePoint setting, but not more permissive."
