I have a problem in one SharePoint library. I am removing a person from a people field with a SharePoint HTTP request action. In this particular library, the command results in a blank person object instead of an empty field. Using the exact same command in a different library results in a truly empty person field. The blank person object causes problems when the document is edited in Word, because it is not a valid entry in AD.
I have never seen that before. I created a new person column and the weird behaviour also shows for the new column. I created another document library in the same site, and there, everything works fine.
Any ideas?
