I am experiencing the same issue. I have verified I am a Global Admin.
When finding my company via D-U-N-S and selecting it, I'm getting an error that says the company name is not valid (Perform Air International, Inc.)

- I cannot create a ticket because it wants a workspace, and I don't have any workspaces yet.
