Hi
for some reason, in my Hebrew version, the option of merging duplicate contacts (https://outlook.live.com/people/0/) does not exist under
settings, only export or import contacts appear there.
Tried a lot of things like signing out of my accounts, clearing cache and cookies from my browser, switching to another browser (tried Firefox, chrome and explorer) but nothing helped...
