The folder cannot be displayed. The specified folder location cannot be accessed by Microsoft Outloo

Hi,

I have a problem with a Microsoft 365 account. One user has 2 mailboxes. His own (user@...) as a default mailbox and an additional, which is included in several users (shared@..). Only for this user this error message appears after each restart:

The folder cannot be displayed. The specified folder location cannot be accessed by Microsoft Outlook.

If then the email mailbox shared@ is deleted, not the additional shared@ mailbox is deleted, but the main mailbox user@. and a new Outlook profile must be created. After that everything works for several days until the computer is restarted.

All other users have no problems.

All files are in the default folders. User\Appdata\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\

Already tested:
OST Fixed
Mailbox re-integrated
Profile recreated
Windows reinstalled
Computer swapped
