Read Receipt

Hi All,

Have just setup Outlook for a client and she's the only one in the office that is having this issue. When she requests read receipts from people, she is getting a large selection of strange characters coming back. This is a fresh install of Office, have tried to resolve this by ensuring UTF-8 encoding, creating a new profile etc. most of the basic things that would normally fix Outlook issues but this keeps coming back. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.
