Quick Parts in New Outlook or OWA

Hello,

i want to use quick parts in the new outlook desktop app or in the owa, but can't find it anywhere.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have been using OWA for a while now, and the Quick Parts is not available. I have not seen any information from Microsoft if they plan to bring this feature to the online version.

I can tell you from my experience, the Quick Parts was the most missed feature when I transitioned from desktop to web. Also, it is a popular request on Microsoft Feedback Portal. Here is the link, please add your requirements to the Feedback hub or vote on existing ones.

If you find this information helpful, please mark it as the best response or like it which will assist others with the same question.

Timo_Schuldt in new Outlook or the PWA version, you can get the same functionality as Quick Parts by using what's called "My Templates". I don't know if there's a way to migrate them, but at least you should be able to create your templates by Copy/Paste, then use it just as you would with Quick Parts. I actually find it simpler with My Templates. Hope this helps

This is the correct answer, you just have to add the app. Works just like quick parts & you can use it for meetings too. Thanks!

Timo_Schuldt I reverted back to the old outlook due to a bunch of functionalities missing.  Quick Parts was part of that.

However, I do use Ditto Clipboard for other stuff.  Maybe you can migrate some quick parts into Ditto and even have a hotkey assigned.
