Outlook Receiving Error

Copper Contributor

Hello there.

Recently my two Outlook365 emails have stopped 'receiving' in my Outlook software. They work fine on my Samsung android phone and I can access in a web browser. My web host has said MS recently underwent some kind of upgrades and that might affect it. This only started a couple of weeks ago but only to one account. Now it is affecting both. No account settings were changed. I have a third email account that is not an Outlook365 email that has been working perfectly fine (touch wood!)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as its driving me nuts :)
