Outlook on web - Focuesed Inbox - Other view shows limited number of mails

We're using the Focused Inbox in Outlook on Web.

Although I have more than 300 mails in my Inbox, the Other view only allows me to see the last 25 recent mails. I can't scroll further down to see the remaining 300+ mails.

(To see the other 300+ mails I have to turn of 'Show focused inbox'.)

Is this a limitation setting that can be configured & increased?

I'm not a fan of Focused Inbox (heavy rule user here), but I just switched it on for the sake of testing, and I cannot seem to reproduce the issue. Have you tried a different browser, might be some issue in the code?

Hi Vasil, tx for your response. The problem is solved now. I don't know the real cause. It was going on for several days. Now I can continue to scroll in the Other view.

I've discovered the reason why it fails. The issue happens when I zoom out extremely (25%) to select a large number of Other mails to create Sweep rules. The reason for the zoom out is due to the fact that the Select option at the top allows you to select only the mails that are visible in your active window.

Running in full HD

• with no zoom I can select 10 items using the select box at the top
• with zoom at 50% I can select 21 items
• with zoom at 25% I can select 40+ items, and so on.

I can click 'Select Everything' , but then the 'Sweep' option is no longer available.
