Outlook for Web inbox sorting

We have a customer using Outlook for the Web under a Office365 account.  Within the last week, whenever they open the web app, their inbox is sorted alphabetically.  They are able to filter it to received by date, but if they exit the web app and restart it, it goes back to alphabetically.  Any ideas?
