Hi,
We have a customer on Business Premium which are using Azure Information Protection for OME-capabilites.
When we added the license I told the customer it might not work with their license for Outlook since it´s an enterprise feature but it did work and she could use the permission-button for new emails in Outlook Business..
However, now, 2 months later the button is greyed out. Why?
Have anyone of you been in this situation before? - Is it because Business Premium can´t handle the OME-capabilities inside Outlook(then why did it work at the beginning?)
We have a transportrule in place for Exchange but we´ve got the question why it´s greyed out now but worked in the beginning...
Anyone knows?
