mentioning in outlook 2016 home and business

Hi, I'm using office 2016 home and business. I want to use @mention in Outlook. I searched web to but couldn't find solution. Is there any option to turn this on?

No, It wasn't added to Office 2016. You need Office 2019 or a subscription version.
