From what i can tell Insights Delay Delivery puts the delayed email in the Sent Items folder, then sends it at the allotted time (Outlook doesnt need to be open for this to happen)
Outlook delivery options places the delayed email in the Outbox but doesnt send the email if outlook is closed.
Is this correct?? If so how can I use Insights delay delivery for any email i choose so the email will always go out at the delayed time no matter if outlook is open or not.
