I am pleased to join your Outlook Manager AMA Eric.
At exactly 1.37pm Australian EST last Tuesday my IMAP failed and despite hours of effort and reading I have been unable to re-connect with my business emails using Outlook 365.
I am currently using me Gmail account to which my Outlook account is linked but it is very agricultural in comparison so I hoping you can assist me please?

@michael2020 Hello! Unfortunately this AMA took place on May 2, 2018. So it has ended.
I believe your question is about Outlook itself, rather than Outlook Customer Manager, so this AMA wouldn't be appropriate anyway. I will move your question to the Outlook space.
