I have an email chain of about 11 emails that I need to download into a pdf and I can't figure it out.
I've tried online and the Outlook app and I just cannot get it to work.
I've googled and searched in here and no, I can't find the answer. So, HELP, please!

Please provide more information, information like you Outlook version, opareting system, PDF software you have as default.
If possible, describe exactly which steps you took and the result or problem you had.

I believe I found a way that works (I had a similar problem as you).
Here are the steps:
1) Open email thread desired to print
2) On the top right corner of the email message, click the three dots button
3) Click "view" button then "open in new window" button
4) You shall see the entire email thread
5) Click the printer button and you are good to go.
Hope this helps!
