I need to print an entire email thread, not one email at a time.

I found that Microsoft 365 Online and new Microsoft desktop don't have a File menu. But at the top right of new Outlook desktop you can toggle it back to old Outlook and the File menu comes back, from which you can print a whole thread of emails. Here's where I learned that: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/cannot-print-entire-email-thread-in-new-outlook/e2552218-4be1-4ac9-a8b5-169c01ed75f1
NikolinoDE That doesn't work.
Please provide more information, information like you Outlook version, opareting system, PDF software you have as default.
If possible, describe exactly which steps you took and the result or problem you had.
I recommend that you update your computer or Office and operating system in advance.

Ubuntu 24.10 here.
The Outlook 365 online version has no "File" menu (That's not OS-dependent.) and there is no desktop client.
The PDF conversion is done by Firefox (common run-off-the-mill "print" option). - PyrLove2005Mar 13, 2024Copper ContributorOnline and app (new Outlook)

System is up to date
I open the email that shows ALL of the replies back and forth then hit print but it's only printing one email.- mcartagena26Aug 28, 2024Copper Contributor
I believe I found a way that works (I had a similar problem as you).
Here are the steps:
1) Open email thread desired to print
2) On the top right corner of the email message, click the three dots button
3) Click "view" button then "open in new window" button
4) You shall see the entire email thread
5) Click the printer button and you are good to go.
Hope this helps!

No, this does not work. It still only prints one email, not the entire thread.
