Hotmail account locked - Beyond frustrated now

Question

The hotmail account that I have been using regularly for the past 20+ years has been locked. The issue happened whilst I was overseas. I have been submitting the required recovery form for days FULL of information that should verify who I am. I've entered at least 4 different email accounts that I sent emails to in Sept, I've given 4 different subject lines, my date of birth and 3 different (old) passwords but they keep rejecting me. Microsoft does not provide any other way for me to online chat OR call anyone where I could provide sufficient evidence to open my account. I understand that this is a security step but I am beyond angry now. Can someone please help!

gailjugow&nbsp;hi, did you get this sorted? As i have had the exact same problem for the past 3+weeks with my other email and it is a massive problem!! I have no way of getting into it or hold of anyone to sort it.&nbsp;

fernsail&nbsp;I did but only through a local IT company. We worked out that Microsoft had been blocked on my phone so once I unblocked them I was able to sort it out myself. Nobody from Microsoft could assist. It was really frustrating.

No aim in Australia and it was my companies IT service that helped me. Have you checked your blocked contacts in your phone settings?
