Cache Mode for Shared Mailbox
We utilize a number of shared mailboxes for my organization. These mailboxes receive a lot of email and have become quite large. Is there a way for users who have access to the shared mailboxes in the Outlook desktop application to set their own mailbox in cache mode and the shared in non-cache mode? The shared mailboxes are taking up much of the free space on the computers.
Thanks!
- You can toggle the "download shared folders" option in the Account settings dialog. Better yet, you can configure the shared mailbox as additional account (File > Add account > enter *your* credentials when prompted), then set it to Online mode or play with the cache slider as needed.
