Users with OneDrive for Business and SharePoint showing up twice in Word
I have a few users where OneDrive for Business and SharePoint show up twice in the File tab. How do you remove the other user? I tried having them sign out and back in to Office and it may go away ...

You probably need to clean up the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities)

VasilMichev, I do see two instances just not sure which one to delete.

I guess both, and then simply re-login to Office.

Thanks VasilMichev, I removed both and it seemed to work and didn't ask for the user to re-login.
