Unable to upload via file request

Hi,

I have created file request to get colleagues to upload photos to OneDrive. However, about 50% of the people can not upload. They get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again". They tried multiple times, but still failing.

The entire company has access to the folder, as far as I can see. Are there any restrictions for uploading via file request?
