Resyncing OneDrive Files

Hi All!  I'm looking for guidance with resolving this issue for my school business office:

We recently migrated files from Blackbaud over to One Drive. All the files have been synced to One Drive on various dates.  There has been work done on the files in the three of the drives since they were synced, so we need them resynced. 

Any guidance on how to do this would be appreciated!

You are probably going to have to manually make a decision for each file that has separate unsynched edits from multiple sources.

Ensure you have backups of all files separate to OneDrive environment.
