We have a Win10 PC in our organization where OneDrive sync is stalling with no indication. Sync status shows green check "your files are synced". We are syncing a small number of txt and csv files with a SharePoint document library. It has been working fine for a year until recently. Now syncing stalls for long periods, 15+ minutes for no apparent reason. When I manually pause and resume syncing, it begins working normally again for a while, maybe an hour or so before returning to "slow mode". We have tried updating OneDrive and relinking the account. No solution yet.
