For some of my users, NGSC is not starting automatically eventhough the setting in the Sync client settings is checked. They are on Windows 10 and they have latest Office updates. Office 365 Server setting is set to start new client. I ran take overcommand also in order to transition from old sync clinet to new client.
Sync client works when we start manually by going to Start and typing OneDrive. But after the user restarts, NGSC is not startiong automatically.
Any ideas?

It's added as part of the per-user Start Up section in the registry:
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Check if it's present there, if not you probably have some restrictions in place that prevent adding it, or remove the entry.
