When I try to change my files/folders synced, I get:

@CTMedina1776 had to just wait and give it time. Maybe a reboot. Not sure but thankfully I haven't seen it lately.

I had this problem and it appears that you cannot change the list of folders to sync while a sync operation is in progress.
The only workaround I found worked was to unlink the PC from the OneDrive account and then reconnect to the account setting the new list of folders to sync during the setup process.
