Support Portal - New Service Request
When I tried to log a Service Request from our Office 365 portal, it displays a new look of New Service Request. Does anyone here experience the same?
Yes, i have experienced it. In fact, i liked this new UI of the Service Request. We can also see the past tickets and give feedback right from this screen.
