Does everything work as expected after restart?
Any changes recently you know have been made?
I know this message occurs quite often after a mailbox migration! But I’ve had it happen a few times as well with no further explanation and it works as normal after restart..

Just restart if the come up! If they come up often try do a repair and/ or recreate their outlook profile!

No change has been done on the mailbox
