How to reset your password when there is no admin?
I work at my college's IT department and a common problem is students getting locked out of their Microsoft accounts because they forgot their password and they get access programs like Microsoft Wor...
the error message is SSPR_0011 and there is no admin at the college to set up the password reset process.
- If you don’t have an admin there isn’t anything you can Do. An admin is required to reset passwords and make system changes. Self service password reset could be configured to allow this if your edu is full cloud but again without an admin you are stuck.
