Cannot Create Active X Component - outlook application

Hi All,

When my bot (Blue Prism) trying to read an email from outlook application. I am getting an error "Cannot Create Active X Component" once or twice in a day not frequently.

When I searched regarding Active x component in the internet, it is referred to as Instance. It is not able to create instance of outlook when reading a mail from outlook application.

Can some one suggest how to resolve this issue. Do we need to change any settings in application or any changes to be done in Registry or Local/ group Policies.
