Build 16170: Issues with starting the programs (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook, OneNote ...) Solution

There are some user with issues on build 16170 as the GUI of the programs does not start correct.

The Screen is almost white with no info.

I had this on a Surface Pro 4 m3.

I changed Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Graphics\DisableHardwareAcceleration from 1 to 0 and the issue was resolved.

On a HP Pavilion 17 this did not happen. The registry key does not exist on that machine.
