Azure AD unblock users O365

Hello everyone,

First of all, sorry for my english.

I have a problem, when I block the connection of the Office 365 Users, Azure AD Connect unblocks them. I removed the AccountEnabled attribute from the connector but that does not change anything.

Thank you for your help.

    Hey testoffice36578 testoffice36578,

What is happening is you are likely changing the cloud attribute.  Since nothing has been changed on prem, the next time the sync happens from AADC, it is undoing that value.

The easiest way to do this would be to disable the user on your local AD. That would disable the users login to O365, but not delete anything for them in the cloud.

      Thank you for your answer.

The problem is that I want that my users to be able to login local, but not on office 365.

If someone has an idea. Thanks

If you are just selecting to block their access through the portal, it could be working, it just takes awhile to go through.

Typically Microsoft tells you it could take 24 hours for the setting to take effect.
